What if an item sells out?
Most Khoj finds are limited. Website checkout checks live stock and holds ordered items for 24 hours while payment is arranged or reviewed.
Can I ask about an item first?
Yes. Open WhatsApp from the header or any order screen and send us the item name.
How quickly is payment checked?
We aim to verify payment within 2 business hours during support hours: Monday–Saturday, 10am–8pm PKT.
